I used to agree with Glenn that this was all Hillary battle space prep, but at this point I think even the folks who were pushing it from the beginning must have come to the realization it’s gotten out of hand. The below is from todays WSJ (page 3). I’m going to post it all here since it’s relatively short, and it has a few changes from what was printed. I’m guessing it may still be in an on-going edit state. Relevant since it’s a Title IX issue. First of all some quotes (trying here to capture the utter uselessness of attempting to glean information from what passes as professional journalism today):
…challenging a school district policy banning him from the boys’ restroom.
…showing he will suffer as a result of his exclusion from the boys’ restroom.

The logical conclusion to this is redesigning all buildings to have single service unisex bathrooms. But that won’t fly with some people because then they can’t force their views on others.
Sounds like the student was jealous someone took her woman.
