Is the ISS the last aluminum spacecraft?
Maybe for spacecraft launched from earth, but I think it partly depends on sources of materials. There’s a lot of aluminum on the moon, and not much carbon.

There’s also a lot of aluminum (and other metals) in Earth orbit. Enough to build several space stations the size of ISS.
The first extraterrestrial materials to be mined will probably be space debris.
If there is ice at the lunar poles there is likely to be carbon in the form of tarry stuff. I think this was mentioned here some years ago,
Robotguys legos come to mind. A four port module enables unlimited low cost construction.
