And the ones that were longer didn’t have to deal with stonewalling and concealing of evidence.

Investigation would have been a lot shorter had Hillary used State Department email servers. 12 months of the 17 months was Hillary stonewalling.
For that matter, it took 2 years after Congress subpoenaed for State to provide just the first batch of documents related to Clinton’s Accountability Review Board. The subpoena went out in August 2013. The committee was formed in May 2014. The first batch arrive April 2015.
