One would think that of all organizations the IEEE would have a handle on CSS and HTML5, and would have a mobile-friendly version of their site, but no.
Looking back, how they handle communication time lag may bother people.
Otherwise, this is exactly the type of SF I want to see more of… boy scouts on Ganymede… anyone?
