Finished the book a few weeks ago. I liked the book a lot. Everybody probably knows the basic storyline (especially if you read the above article), but I’ll put the following after a few blank lines anyway:

It seemed to me that there were one too many failures/recovery from failures. Everything was great until the we get to the endgame which sported yet more failure/recoveries.

I’m cautiously optimistic, although Ridley Scott hasn’t done sufficient penance IMHO for the abomination that was Prometheus…
I just hope not to be disappointed. I haven’t looked forward to seeing a movie this much since LOTR.
