I doubt it, but Space Daily is reporting that. It’s a misleading headline and picture, though. They aren’t really resurrecting Buran. Looks like they plan on a fly-back first stage.

This is a couple weeks old. The idea is to develop a reusable booster for Angara. About 10 years down the road. They won’t even apply for funding for several years.
But they do have money for a press release, so the Western media will dutifully pick it up and report the project as if it’s real. As usual.

There are other reusable ideas bandied about in Russia occassionally. Baikal is still an actively investigated concept.
However, Spacelin’s smallsat Taimyr is probably the most credible shot of actually re-flying a rocket. They have get higher than a couple hundred meters tho ..
