I’m sure there is, but I’d have to go look it up. I think if you say the CSJ Appropriations bill, they’ll know what you mean.
It’s a part of HR 2578, the Commerce, Justice, Science (CJS) Appropriations bill.
They’re doing amendments on 2578 right now, on C-Span 1. No telling if they’ll finish tonight either. So far, nothing affecting Commercial Crew has come up.

I did email my representative, and “relatively” painlessly is right. My zip code is apparently divided between four districts, and they _would not_ accept emails from outside their district.
