In his morning newsletter, Jim Geraghty is speculating that he might step down in the next year or two, possibly even before the election. If so, if things continue on the current course, it’s possible that his replacement may be the next president. It depends on how much the Republicans decide to push “repeal and replace Democrats in charge of the White House” in the campaign.

Boehner is a total disaster. He’s incompetent and spineless. A crybaby wimp who wouldn’t know a Conservative principle it it bonked him on his stupid tanned head.
The sooner he is gone the better.
This is an interesting theory but who in the House would turn this into a presidential campaign and do we really want a government insider?
Maybe true, but I think the question that you should be asking is, “Who in the House could put in a worse performance than Boner?” Because I guarantee that that’s who’s going to get the gavel. The Establishment GOP won’t stop while a single Republican voter is left.

My comment: “Not a damn bit of accomplishment, and this was his best year?” So far I got 3 likes and 3 dislikes.
