This is clearly a case worker phoning it in. I’m sure they are frustrated and overworked. Can’t wait until the Obamacare staff is making my medical decisions under the same circumstances. We are truly in the best of hands. If this was your private insurance company making a bad decision you might have some satisfaction in court. I this case I can guarantee no such satisfaction.
You can expect the same when some bureaucrat deems your knee surgery unnecessary because they looked you age and zip code on a chart and said that’s good enough for me. And in the unlikely scenario you get enough publicity or find enough political pull to get the decision overturned there will be no repercussion for the person or persons that sent you through the ringer.
