If property had been cheap enough purchase / lease price wise and tax wise and there was a pool of WILLING workers, then businesses WOULD have gone there, just like they move elsewhere for those same reasons. I don’t get how the Left accuses businesses of being money hungry on one issue and spendthrifts on others.
