Bottom line – the core of CRT is that the liberal* government established by the founders, with its emphasis on property rights, freedom of association and other natural rights is inherently racist, and any and all fixes in piecemeal fashion will quickly be sidestepped by liberal society as racist white people adjust their behavior accordingly (e.g.: “white flight”).
It’s worth noting that CRT as a form of scholarship was a dead end – you’d be hard-pressed to find any judicial opinions citing it. Unfortunately, it still seduced an entire generation of black legal scholars (like Obama).
(*By liberal, they mean free, not Leftist. They used the word correctly back in the day.)
