1. the country’s doomed because ctrl-f isn’t known. me i use find in ff’s menu.

2. Where their own documents are stored on their hard drive.

   Someone will tell me they lost a file. I ask them were they normally store their documents so I can search for the missing one. They look puzzled for a moment and say, “I save them in Word…”*nod* Well that’s good, you know where you save them in Word? “Noooo”

3. What they don’t know about everything is a lot.

4. oh Christ. I wanted a job, and for my sins they gave me one in tech support.

   You would not fathom how many college graduates–RECENT college graduates–do not know how to navigate Windows (“Please click on the start button” “derp?”), or where the power button is.

   I wish I were making this up.

   Don’t work tech support, kids. Not if you can possibly avoid it. I wish I were sixteen years old again, digging ditches for minimum wage. My hatred for the rest of the human race grows with each passing month.
