I think that this website is fraudulent myself. It’s hard to imagine there aren’t better pictures on the Internet.

Do they have a different picture every day, or is that THE one?
Beats me. I guess we’ll find out tomorrow, if we want. But it’s got to get hard to top the previous one each day if that’s the case. Or maybe the whole collection is better than anything else, and they can put a new one up that’s not as good if they take the old one down. Of course, Google’s and others’ caches would quickly put the lie to that.
I think it’s the most blatant case of false advertising since The Never-Ending Story.
OTOH, it’s nice that this is total puffery. It’d be pretty bad if that were the best picture on the internet.
Hey, It got you talking about it and posting a link on your blog. So it achieved its purpose it seems 🙂
Today’s photo on Lucianne was pretty neat, I thought:
Lucianne.com
It’s an obvious fraud — none of those cats are playing pianos or professing their love of cheeseburgers.
No, I checked…this actually IS the best picture on the Internet.
…after all the other pictures on the Internet, that is.
It would be a better picture if in the background there were a dark mansion with one — just one — lighted window. A castle will do if a mansion isn’t available.
I beg to differ. This is the best picture on the internet.
Thanks, Andrea.
Now pardon me while I go scoop out my eyeballs with a rusty spoon.
But the image will probably survive regardless.
I’m almost ashamed to say it (only because I am totally lacking shame), but the more I look at it, the more I like it. I’m starting to become a believer.
The best picture on the Internet, I mean, not the Andrea atrocity.
See, I guess I do remain with a semblance of shame.
It would be even better if the giant pimple head was on the kitten’s body, or floating in the sky, like Zardoz.

So what would really be the best picture on the internet? I nominate this.
I am so not gonna click on any of these links.
Ed: ROTFLMAO!
Robin: Ed’s link is safe to click on. Not so safe for the guys in the photo.
Andrea: This is a better Zardoz review. In fact, it’s the greatest movie review of all time.
Had a Big Crush on Charlotte Rampling because of that movie.
My friends suggest that that picture improves in direct proportion to the amount of psychoactives in one’s bloodstream.
Once those internet memes get started, there’s no telling where they’ll end up.
Stuff like that always brings me to the same point of deep, considered thought.
“WTF is wrong with the person who spent time and energy on this!?”
And my vote for best picture on the internet isn’t even ON the internet yet. It’s a picture of The One, leaving the WH, for good, forever.
(Handcuffs would be good jewelry for that walk IMHO)
Given the subject, I must plug my Flickr site at http://www.flickr.com/photos/27233112@N05/collections/.
People in this group might especially like my Science Fiction Art.
I think there are some rather good images there. So do other people.
