What makes you think this Lebanon war will work when the previous one didn’t? Israel might turn Lebanon into rubble, but the insurgents will not go away. Neither will the millions of disfranchised Palestinians dislocated by the Israeli government living in refugee camps there.

For who? Hezbollah seemed to do all right by the last war. As long as any party strong enough to start a war, thinks they have something to gain by it, war will always be a possibility.
