Why should we believe anything that CNN has to say about health care? This isn’t news — it’s lies and advocacy.

That’s some blatantly one-sided reporting. What probably happened was that CNN lazily fell for a Democrat plant with zero fact-checking rather than deliberately lied. CNN has really gone downhill. But this seems a common thread.
Alternatively, everyone is telling the truth (and the surgery is much more complex and costly than the default surgery) and some surgeon in the UK is about to do roughly $17k (a correction to half the $34k figure which is supposed to be the actual lowest bid according to CNN) in surgery for a fifth that amount. I have no problems with US citizens looting other countries’ health care systems.
CNN is where “journalists” go when they’re too lazy to keep up with the bias at MSNBC.
Is there any unbiased news reporting in the U.S. today? Most of it seems to be one, maybe two facts and a bunch of speculation masquerading as news. No longer worth watching.
Reading the comments for the CNN story is an interesting view into some real fact-challenged libs.
Bill, you have a much stronger stomach than I do. I ventured into the comments of a similarly biased story a couple of weeks ago and was truly frightened by the incredible ignorance, selfishness, and vulgarity of most of the posts. It will be some time before I try reading feedback there again, and I am not trying to bash CNN here, I fear that the comments are equally dismaying at MSNBC, Yahoo News, Google News, Fox News, and the alphabets.
