John Conyers says that the “tea baggers” have an anger problem. And a rationality one:
“We are here now to understand the frustration of the tea baggers and the people who are angry,” said Conyers. “Many times when you’re angry, your rational abilities are compromised.”
Well, Rep. Conyers must have spent his entire life in a state of rage, then. Apparently his wife is the brains in that family. And that’s no compliment to her.
I’m so glad they continue to cluelessly use the term bagger… It immediately identifies them and I don’t have to read or listen beyond that point. It saves a lot of time.
True, they really can’t help themselves.
Oh, oh, I know — Conyers is a hypocrite.
OK, I’ll admit that I heard, what to Conyers is, profanity. Several times I heard the crowd chanting,

.”USA!…USA!…USA!…USA!…USA!…USA!…USA!…USA!…”

This went on for several minutes on one occasion. As we were parking, we heard the strains of that well and known right-wing, (Christian theory based) racist, radical, organizing song, “America the Beautiful”.

I get it now, I was getting bamboozled by the Tea Party people. All they had to offer was freedom and self driven initiative, and God, if I wanted God. And IF I’ll just give up that foolish, old fashioned, swill…I can get free health care.
Seems like a fair trade to me.
