When I wrote my previous comment, I didn’t know that Kagan banned military recruiters from Harvard Law when she was dean (HT: Instapundit).
Afaic that’s a showstopper. If Kagan is nominated, the GOP should filibuster as long as it takes.
In contrast, Harvard President Drew Faust, despite her credentials as an academic feminist, attended the graduation ceremony at Harvard ROTC. She doesn’t look delighted to be there and she isn’t giving Petraeus a friendly look–but she’s there.
