That’s the name of a new on-line journal being touted by the folks at the National Review. It proclaims itself to be a journal on “technology and society.” It might be worth keeping an eye on.

The premier issue has an article about the vulnerability of our satellites, a subject on which I’ve previously opined, and will continue to do in the future.
