Back to house renovation, but I’m on the home stretch. The kitchen is almost refloored, and I’m finalizing plumbing in the bathrooms.

“…I’m finalizing plumbing in the bathrooms.”
Better there than the living room.
While it’s light, I’d like to mention here (before I forget) two things I saw on Instapundit today that I think your regulars here would enjoy. (At least the pro-freedom ones.) One (amazingly enough) was from a Canadian politician:
“It’s my health, it’s my choice.”
(I post this mainly give Chris and Jim the opportunity to respond with something up to their usual inane standards, such as: “It may be your health, but it’s not your choice, because your body belongs to society. . . .” (And by “society,” of course, they mean “the State.”)
The other was a comment on someother blog (I forget which one, but Instapundit has the link): “Obama continues to lose ground because he thinks we need to be herded rather than heard.” ZING!
I feel your pain!

I’d pick the living room. Much less to do…
Rand, you need to hurry up and finish so we can debate figure skating again before it’s all over on Thursday night!
Who’s stopping you? The comment thread is open…
I’m the last commenter on that thread …
Figure Skating Follow Up
It’s somebody else’s turn.

No kidding. I’d love to be paid to do living-room plumbing all day. It’s those other places (kitchen, and especially baths) that are the problem.
I will note that apparently two of USA figure skating couples are students at the University of Michigan.
