Having the flu sucks, swine or otherwise. Stay away from others to the extent you can, eat what you can keep down, drink a lot of liquids*, and get a lot of rest (not that you’ll feel like doing much anyway). For those people with serious health issues, take whatever precautions your doctor prescribes.
*Don’t drink caffinated beverages because that will add to dehydration. I’ve had good luck with sports drinks the replenish electrolytes.
I have several courses of Tamiflu in the freezer downstairs, just in case of a bad outbreak. I doubt they will be necessary for this one, though.
This version of the flu does scare me a bit. I’ll wait till after a mild flu season this winter before I judge this flu as not being worthy of the hype. That was the time of greatest lethality and virulence in the 1918 influenza epidemic.
