They undoubtedly remember how easy it was to get Congress to ban incandescent light bulbs by sneaking a provision into the Bush-era energy bill.

    Therefore, they can’t actually control, and their commands are those of King Canute.

    Of course, the struggle to test my propositions likely involves a lot of heme in a lot of gutters.
