Looking over the EO, as a former government contractor, I see a problem. It asks only for regulations that fit those criteria. They should ask for all regulations to be categorized and provide a category for regulations that are considered proper and just. Because that’s the category that would need scrutiny. You can bet all the regulations that the bureaucrats just find annoying for them to do will go into those other buckets.

REINS Act is needed
Remember, the enviro-Left doesn’t want the USFS to conduct “controlled burns” to clear actual underbrush in the National Forests.
It’s a huge step forward.
