Dhillon, a fierce critic of woke corporate culture, is now leading the Justice Department's Civil Rights Division.

Already popping the corn.
And an even more massive civil rights victory (for those who believe the Commerce Clause lets the federal government regulate everything under the sun).
‘The U.S. attorney’s office said that its deal with Katz’s brings to a close its 13-year “Manhattan Restaurants ADA Compliance Initiative,” which evaluated the accessibility of the 50 most popular restaurants in the borough, as rated by the 2011 Zagat guide.’

Given the recent success of Donald Trump’s lawsuit (to wit 15 million paid by ABC and George Stefanopolis for defaming him by calling him a rapist) another possibility occurs to me. Why not sue the same and other networks (like MSNBC, CBS, etc) for their commentators repeatedly referring to Donald Trump as a convicted felon. He isn’t legally a “felon”; you are not technically a felon until you are sentenced after being convicted not before. Said networks etc must have their own legal departments that would have made that clear to them. So their referring to Donald Trump as a convicted felon is willful slander; subject to being sued. Stating something that you know is factually incorrect for the purpose of hurting someone with malicious intent; sounds like grounds for a lawsuit to me.
