If SCOTUS upholds this, it can only be fixed with legislation. I expect SpaceX (and other people who want to build things) to go pedal to the metal now.
When the Supreme Court overturned the Chevron Deference, it opened an opportunity to abolish many of the bureaucracy’s regulations. They never had the legal authority to create those regulations, so they’re unconstitutional, therefore invalid. This is the grounds to strike thousands of regulations off the books. This may be a once in a nation’s history opportunity to strike at the Deep State. Let’s not waste it.
