Boeing claims a lot of stuff – most of which turns out to be BS.
When I was at Douglas, we used to laugh about how Boeing would sell an airplane 3 times: When they signed the contract, when they started production, and when they delivered it. At least that’s what they told the media
It strikes me that poisoning the HR dept. with the DEI holdovers is only going to get them more DEI, just without the words on the letterhead. You can be sure there weren’t any but true believers in the DEI bureau.
