  1. Unless the commissioners can be sued directly, the result won’t matter. They accomplished what they wanted and with taxpayer dollars. Some might say Californians did this to themselves by electing these types of people but sitting aside they were appointed; the fact that they are using their governmental position to censor and quell adversarial speech suggests they’ll do other things to retain power. They’ll retain that power regardless of the will of the voters.

  2. If Trump was what the left often claims he is, he could declare the entire California coast to be a protected coastal ecosystem and ban all wheeled or artificially powered vehicles, up to say fifty miles inland.

    Democrats have been wildly abusing that particular unchecked executive power for political purposes, and somehow a strong case needs to get the Supreme Court, as it harkens back to King George III’s worst abuses and treats America like the President’s personal property, to dispose of as he wishes.

  3. My understanding is their decision is not binding on Space Force and DOD can tell them to get bent and do what they want anyways.
