Eric Berger thinks there’s a good chance that they’ll do IFT-5 on Sunday.
I can't speak fully to upper-level wind constraints, but the surface forecast for a Starship launch on Sunday is outstanding: Clear skies, very light winds, and otherwise fair conditions.

It’s tentatively up on their website for forthcoming flights. They’re certainly trying to get the NEA to be no earlier than Sunday 7am CT
Obviously I meant NET……..

Outside of EB’s tweets, I’ll be watching to see if they install the FTS package on the rocket over the next couple of days. I’m not sure where EB got this inside information. Apparently the official word out of the FAA last I checked is still NET November.
Is SpaceX trying to force the FAA’s hand?
It’s been installed.
Noted. Thanks.
Here’s hoping for a successful booster catch.
Git them swampies and bureaucrats away from that rocket and shoot it!
Ph’nglui mglw’nafh Cthulhu R’lyeh wgah’nagl fhtagn”!
My first thought on the article title was the FAA was trying to dilute the Chthulhu For President 2024 voting! (The ‘Why Vote For The Lesser of Two Evils?’ candidate)
May it be so
Light that candle!
I presume the fish people must have given fins up….
FAA has lifted the Falcon 9 grounding. IFT-5 license next?
