The Debate

We listened in the car. It was infuriating to see her get away with lie after debunked lie, without a single “fact check” from the “moderators,” who were doing it to Trump continuously. Trump didn’t do great, but the circumstances weren’t great.

  1. Infanticide is not legal in America.
American soldiers are not at war anywhere in the world.
Haitians are better workers than Americans.

      There FTFY.

    2. Democrat governors have spoken in favor of denying care for an unwanted newborn child. That’s infanticide.

Thousands of US Navy Sailors have been shot at with missiles fired from Yemen in the last several months.

The degradation of the American work ethic is a result of the democrat created and supported American Welfare State.

      1. Some states don’t “officially” sanction infanticide, but don’t do anything to prevent it. Classic case is documented in the movie “Gosnell”.

          1. Yes. Notable for being a mostly live performance of a screenplay by Nigel Kneale, who is best remembered for the Quatermass sci-fi stories.

  2. Harris managed to get under Trump’s skin pretty early on, but on substance he blew her away pretty much the whole night. Her first question was such an easy softball (“are you better off now than four years ago”) and she completely blew it. I had hoped Trump’s rebuttal would be along the lines of “she was lobbed the easiest question for a candidate and she couldn’t answer ‘yes’!”

She really never answered most of the questions she was asked.

The moderators showed their total bias for her especially when she brought up the “very fine people” lie and they didn’t fact check her on that, while they tried to fact check Trump several times earlier.

    1. He used her bait as a way for him to spend more time talking about the issues. He wasn’t super focused but her trolling part of a prearranged media narrative, a work of fiction, and she came across as inauthentic and scripted.

They only fact checked a fraction of his lies. Essentially they fact check statements he made that could easily incite someone to violence and of the type of sentiment that has incited people to violence in the past. (Well maybe not the pet bit outside of some isolated occasions or John Wick but scapegoating immigrants yes)
Everything he got fact check on is about as true as JD Vance has fucked a couch.
No killing viable babies is not legal in any State and no rank and file democrat wants that. Where does Gosnell currently reside? Who was in charge of the state and Country, at the time investigation put him there.
Crime has been down significantly over the past 30 years and down from the slight spike from his administration.
He can’t cite an example of immigrants eating pets or even at disproportionate rate than the natives do themselves.

Time to face the facts it’s time for the Republicans to take the keys from grand pa but they have no spine and those who do have been driven out of the party.
Going to be interesting who their torch bearer in 28 will be. No one else has the charisma and rock star status to perform the act of cruelty the base demands. Vance and DeSanctimonious no charsima, lyin Ted just unlikable. Noem killer of dogs (trying to booster her ability for cruelty cred). Rubio spineless and defenestrated by Trump and lacks cruelty. Nimarata Haley spineless, lacks cruelty. Cristi and Pence lacks cruelty and defenestrated for being upset that Trump nearly committed some degree of man-slaughter on them. Short of the republican really straightening themselves out their going to nominate an “obsessive and dangerous” individual like RFK JR next or roll over for Trump the forth time.
