I have relatives some of whom are quite intelligent/college educated folks who simply refused to believe what their own eyes/ears were telling them about Joe Biden obvious physical (and especially mental) precipitous decline. It was all because of editing of footage by the evil Fox News/Newsmax etc. No reputable news source (like say MSNBC/CNN/NPR) were saying any such thing. No “trusted/legitimate” journalist(s) like say Rachel Maddow/Joy Reid/Joe Scarborough/Lawrence O’Donnell etc were saying any such thing. The same people who believe all the charges against Trump are legit….NY fraud conviction when no one was defrauded, 34 counts of reimbursement of perfectly legal hush money payments finessed from an expired misdemeanor to a felony .all perfectly legit. “Find me the votes” doesn’t mean find; it means pretty much whatever they want (create out of thin air whatever). Peacefully and patriotically protest means “armed insurrection”
What I don’t get is that when Mr. Hur explained that Mr. Biden would be too sympathetic a character before a jury on account of his mental lapses, why KJP didn’t say, “Kenneth Hur is entitled to his opinions, but the main thing is that he exercised prosecutorial discretion to not proceed against President Biden where he was cooperating with the investigation (wink, nod, hint, hint) and we accept this outcome.”
Why not this splitting of a hair of too addled to commit this crime, in one person’s opinion, but “sharp as a tack” to continue as president rather than calling Mr. Hur a liar?
They don’t seem to do this sort of thing well. It is the same thing with Ms. Harris calling people liars on the Border Czar thing and on the electric vehicle mandates that are not really mandates thing. It calls too much attention to these concerns.
I don’t know what they are talking about. Biden is fine. He is doing a great job as President. He was incredibly selfless in letting the younger generation take over ruling. Sure, he had a rough week but haven’t we all? In the end, it was just a blip and wont be remembered by anyone.

I think the only official in the Biden Administration’s DoJ who has shown any integrity is Robert Hur. Perhaps Trump should put him in charge of it.

The four-year blip? However there are two things I will remember Biden for.
I’ll never forget the checking the wrist-watch on the tarmac moment. Nor the collapse at the podium when asked about the Afghanistan withdrawal fiasco.
In the latter it looks like TR is about to pop out of that portrait and apply “the big stick”….
