That’s the cost savings (or more exactly deferred costs) If you want to be rejuvenated on the government’s dime you would likely forfeit SS/pension since you are able to continue to work theoretically. Of course if you opt out and would rather keep drawing a pension/SS and age and die normally sure that would be permitted. Why not? Doubt if very many folks would rather die than continue to have to work but who knows? In any case with robotics/AI/nano-tech there might come a time when we are all pretty much on the dole so to speak.

I’m sometimes willing to give most politicians the benefit of the doubt and merely consider them criminals. It isn’t always the case, but it’s a pretty good bet. Besides, some politicians of aren’t psychopaths. Some are sociopaths.
