  1. Kamala Harris is the kindest, bravest, warmest, most wonderful human being I’ve ever known in my life.

    1. …and as well all know it was well nigh time the noble President Biden passed the torch.

  2. It hasn’t been the “old” Democrat party for 30 years, especially here in California. That’s why I left the party 30 years ago.

  3. All the identity politics stuff is true but it ignores the main reason.

“Overall, a Harris presidency would translate into a more unrestrained Bidenism.”

No, it isn’t Bidenism. Obama is the one who has been controlling the administration. He is the one who orchestrated the coup against Biden after the primaries had passed. Why? He can’t trust the voters selecting a candidate. RFK wont do what he is told. Kamala will.

IMO, it is still an open question whether or not she is the candidate. Should Biden leave the Presidency before the convention, she is it but should he survive, there could be a different candidate selected. It probably depends in part on what the polls look like but also whether or not a replacement would follow orders.

    1. I read an article today saying that an examination of RFK’s signatures to get on the ballet in November–by Democrats, natch–found that 69% of the signatures were invalid. No word on whether an independent investigation was done, but the figure left him 30K or so signatures short. I dunno if he would have time to gather the rest.

Never let that get in the way of a good tagline, though: “Vote Democrat, because everyone should be able to vote…for the guy we tell you to vote for.”

        1. Neither RFK or Biden is going to win Texas. Without RFK, it’s closer for Trump but not likely to make a difference. It may just be a sign that they’re paying more attention to all of this, so good news for an honest election, maybe.

      1. It’s Texas, likely the challenge will go down in flames in a Texas court.

Now OTOH if this were New York State…
