Guess it’s a good time to expand the court system too, since there will be an increased workload . May even need to add a few more districts and supreme court justices. Don’t see any reason to wait .
Your suggestion assumes that current agency decisions will simply be one-for-one converted to lawsuits in Article III courts. For a number of reasons – the main one being expense – that isn’t going to happen. Agencies are not going to get multiplied budgets in order to pursue forms of erstwhile cheap mischief as expensive lawsuits. On the contrary, the “alphabet soup” apparat can count on taking a considerable haircut during the coming Trump 2.0 administration. Bad times are coming for your fellow leftist weasels.
