Branson isn’t going to pour any more of his own money into that hole in the sky he started almost two decades ago.
To be fair, though, most of the money that went into it was other (foolish) peoples’. It never made any business sense given how much they were putting into it.
Branson is a hobbyist
Bezos is a dilettante
Musk is a visionary entrepreneur
And NASA…well, NASA is a RICO indictment waiting to happen
He did get his joy ride out of it, so there’s that.

From the link:
Galactic has just completed its sixth commercial flight in six months, with tickets starting at $450,000 a seat on its rocket-powered Unity space plane.
Up from the previously reported $250,000/seat. Still was quite a bit cheaper than an auctioned seat on New Shepard at $28M.
But for somewhat under twice the price you can ride into orbit via SpaceX for $50-$55M according to this article:

Would you call this a buyer’s market?
Over not under… oops.
Go to space for $450,000 – and not just bone loss!
Is there at least a pile of documentation about all the launch tech that has been tested and shown NOT to work?
