Life extension therapies will face many bureaucratic obstacles. But the strongest opposition will come from the greens, who will revive all their old “population bomb” scare stories about over-population killing the planet. On the plus side, that will force them to explicitly argue that they want the rest of us to die for the sake of their doomsday fantasies.
