One brave American, in peacetime and in war..
Yes, Joe Kittenger was a very brave and accomplished man. He man he described as the bravest man he ever knew was a personal hero of mine, Colonel (Dr.) John Stapp. They worked together and were friends. When a man as brave as Joe Kittenger says you’re the bravest man he ever met, it means something.
