One problem I have with any of these social media networks is that they promote resonante chamber thinking. Maybe I just don’t know how to use them but Gettr seems to be a facebook clone. Once you follow one thing then you can’t find new things that aren’t linked to that thing. If I follow Dinesh D’Souza, I get tagged as a right wing nut but how do i find content about space telescopes or 4 wheel driving or historical aircraft… Youtube is similar but at least has the side bar that lets you explore a bit at the edge of your interests. I don’t know maybe I’m just using it wrong, but faceook and its clones just aren’t very interesting to me.
