All these leftist institutions–government schools, academia, Hollywood, the media, the Democrat-run cities–should be thoroughly kicked while they’re down, and keep them down.

Funding students over schools makes a lot of sense but any money given to schools as stimulus is likely to go to more Progressive Fascist programs.
Politicians don’t want money to follow students. Students do not get them any votes. Teachers unions are the most productive campaigners out there.
