   3. I presume your attorney has “prepped” you as a witness for something this high stakes? This is not “putting words in your mouth”, this prep is protection against all of the tricks and wiles of the person asking you questions.

      My other piece of advice from my own experience is that if a questioner starts to badger you, take your time and keep your cool. Ask for a “recess” to take a break, if this helps. Again, check with your attorney on this ahead of time as to how best to deal with such a situation.

      I won’t wish you good luck because luck has nothing to do with. Give calm, direct answers to the questions and let this case move forward.
