This is the sort of thing that should be done with a Space Guard, not a Space Force. Of course, if Starship happens, it will be moot.

Why would the Space Guard be operating on Earth? For government launches, it makes sense to have a government agency but shouldn’t launch service providers have their own rescue teams?
