This reminds me somewhat of Axelrod’s evolution of cooperation.
One thought on “Human Fatherhood”
“The path to complementarities began roughly five to eight million years ago, with a gradual drying in Africa, and a progressively greater need to rely on nutritious, diverse, spatially dispersed and relatively hard-to-obtain foods, including animal products.”
So, I would agree it started when we entered our Ice Age.
{Ice Age causes drying or more desertification- we have a lot deserts
now, in our Ice Age}
And animal products are important in terms human evolution and men killed animals or if they scavenging dead animals, men would control who gets parts of dead animal.
Women who were given meat, would have survived better than the women who were only vegans.
