Four southern California counties are ignoring Sacramento, and starting to open up.
We drove up the coast from Newport Beach to Long Beach yesterday. In Huntington Beach, while there were signs saying no parking in the lots or along the Coast Highway, we saw people riding on the bike paths, and walking on the beach, many without masks, and seemingly unhindered.

About what I saw yesterday at the local supermarket in Toowoomba, Queensland. Nobody wearing masks or gloves.
The day before on the roads also very busy.
