She’s a great attorney, and is asking for exactly the right thing. He must be exonerated if the American legal system is to remain intact.
The judge in this case appears to be playing hardball and casting a blind eye towards prosecutorial malfeasance. Won’t let Flynn change his plea. They may have to go for an acquittal on appeal or presidential pardon unless Attorney is doing this pro bono. Unlikely there will be a dismissal by this judge.
People in law enforcement like to mention timelines. The storm started for Gen. Flynn shortly after he said he would audit the federal intelligence agencies, something never done before. Still hasn’t been done. I wonder why.
