With apologies to DEVO: You must fisk it
Now fisk it
Into shape
Shape it up
Get straight
Go forward
Move ahead
Try to detect it
It’s not too late
To fisk it
Fisk it good
The original article was written by a “forensic psychologist”? Is that what they are calling quacks these days?
Just because it’s possible that one or more organisms may have survived the millions of years of hard vacuum, cosmic radiation and near 0K temperatures on the transit doesn’t say anything about what else might be there that could be brought back.
You would expect that water metabolizing organisms would leave either carbohydrate or hydrocarbon evidence behind. So far, not that we’ve seen, it would be very big news.
