You’re likely to see the JWST before the Horowitz report. Just like the last IG report, everyone named gets a chance to have their lawyer call for redactions to protect the innocent civil servants. Then Democrats will howl that President Trump put in all those reactions, but who cares, because it will be 2021, and Trump will still be President.
The interesting thing is how the investigation is supposed to be so thorough and then something gets leaked to the media or Hemingway/Carter/Solomon make a breakthrough investigating things and Horowitz has to delay the release to take a look at the new developments.
We already saw how he handled political bias in the lovebird texts and it looks like the fix is in.
