1. Are you sure you’re on the John Batchelor show today?

   It was an interesting program. He and his guests have covered Chinese military expansion, the lost Japanese F-35, the new Russian doomsday sub, Reimann’s prime number theorems, Fermat’s last theorem, and NP-completeness.

   1. Well, I talked to him. It may not have been live. It will probably run at some other time.

      1. Yep. It didn’t strike me while I was listening, but there are no callers. I’m sure you’ll get a heads up before he airs it.

2. As an aside, I ran across a very long Seattle Times story about the legal problems of a local house cat that happens to share the same neighborhood as the out-of-control government monster in charge of fining pets.

   “…. of the approximately 20,000 infractions filed by RASKC over a ten-year period, approximately 50 involved cats, and most of these infractions involved Miska,” says the complaint, filed April 12 in Pierce County Superior Court rather than King County because the suit is against a King County agency.

   We’re long overdue for the SMOD.

3. Was this with Dr Space or were you flying solo? Usually when its with Dr Space, it corresponds with an appearance on the Space Show. Anything we should be keeping an eye out for?

   1. It was with David. It wasn’t associated with a visit to his show, but I will be on, probably in June.
