  1. It is clear that Comey had no business deciding whether Clinton should be charged or not. The FBI should have produced a report and handed it over to the AG at DoJ. It’s seems also clear DoJ would have done two things. 1) Claimed there was nothing in the report that warranted charges and 2) Kept the report secret. That is if we’d had an independent FBI. It is also clear 3) Congress would have issued subpoenas to obtain that report and there’d have been remarkably in retrospect no leaks from the FBI about it but likely DoJ!

  3. We know from the Page texts that Obama was deeply involved as well. Trump isn’t allowed to talk to the DOJ but apparently Obama is allowed to oversee rigged investigations into Hillary.

    We also know that everything sent or received on Hillary’s server was also sent to the Chinese and everything Hillary and Huma sent went to Anthony Wiener’s laptop.

    Evidence was destroyed, immunities given in exchange for nothing, and there were no raids to secure evidence. The media carefully constructed deceits about this because they were willing participants.

    Imagine if anyone connected to Trump destroyed hard drives.

    It should be trivial to show that Hillary had intent in setting up her private server. Same with showing why she did it, to conduct official business, which by its nature includes handling classified material and information that you don’t want foreign friends and foes reading in real time.

  4. Once again, as always with the Clintons, it won’t be Hillary going to jail. Her “Get Out Of Jail Free” card is the fact that O also exchanged classified email with her via her personal basement server. Therefore implicit executive immunity. Those who will likely be prosecuted will be her FBI flunkies and maybe Ms. Huma Abedin. Just another round of the McDougals. Like Yogi said, “It’s Deja Vu all over again….”
