Wilson did indeed have a stroke, and a *VERY* ambitious wife.
The problem is, however, that unless a member of the ‘inner circle’ (you know, the folks who stand to lose the most power/access if a president is replaced via 25A) is willing to play ball, then all of this is for naught….
