I’d suggest that two words in your first sentence are in the wrong order. Nor do they love f’ing science in a good way.
I’m not a climate denier. The climate does in fact exist.
I don’t deny climate change, either. The climate is constantly changing. It always has and it always will.
What is truly insane is the notion that government policy can control and regulate the climate.
But even if the policies don’t solve the problems they claim to solve, they are still the right policies from a moral perspective.
Side note: The way AGW alarmists and the climate scientist community treats people they disagree with is par for the course when it comes to the field of science. So much of what science as a field has done to police itself, from the scientific method to peer review, has been because this type of behavior is the norm throughout history as scientists are humans and prone to all the failings humans have.
I think there is even a case that scientists behave with a level of cruelty that is not exhibited in other fields and that they are less self aware of their behavior and beliefs due to ego.
