“who promoted on camera bullying, deprivation, manipulation and more weekly in the name of weight loss. Now those sound like bad ideas”
Sounds like just another mean lesbian more interested in hawking her products than helping people.
Out of curiosity, what other mean lesbians are you thinking of?
Rosie O’Donnell, the erstwhile “Queen of Nice,” now dethroned, certainly qualifies. She’s also looney. Hard to say if the looney outpoints the mean or vice versa.
And Ellen DeGeneres has a noteworthy mean streak too. She likes to scare her guests by having costumed people sneak up behind them or suddenly pop out of the furniture. Plus, whenever she and a guest have any sort of contest, she often cheats and sulks if she loses anyway.
Then there is Hillary, and while fictional, the lesbian admiral on Battlestar Galactica played by Lucy Lawless.
Lucy Lawless played #3 (a humanoid cylon) and looked damned good doing it.
The character you’re thinking of is Admiral Helena Cain portrayed by Michelle Forbes.
