  2. I have to think that if the finding were the opposite — that men did not get pleasure from this — it would then be taken as also bad, because men had no interest in the woman’s pleasure. Lose-lose.

    1. Yes, it has long been a topic of writing for women that men just don’t care whether or not a woman gets off and how horrible men are because of it. Now, they want to say men are horrible for caring if their woman gets off.

      What isn’t happening is these publications fighting certain stereotypes that women have, instead they confirm them.

  6. According to the article, the problem isn’t that men are taking pleasure in their ability to get their partners off. It’s that they are taking the wrong kind of pleasure. Seeing that ability as evidence of the quality of their masculinity is wrong. Cuz that isn’t about the woman. Or something…
